AUDITORIUM UPDATE: The Pargh Auditorium has been refreshed! With new carpet, lighting, and event chairs, the auditorium has taken on a wonderful bright, modern feel! We are excited about all of the events that will take place in our updated space.
OUTDOOR POOL UPDATE: We have resurfaced the outdoor pool and deck, and new patio furniture and shade covers have been added. We hope you enjoy the updated space!
October 2021
LOCKER ROOM UPDATE: The locker rooms are officially reopened! Thank you for your patience as we work through the final details. Saunas and Steam Rooms remain closed at this time, and we will update as things progress.
May 2021
LOCKER ROOM UPDATE: We met with Juliana Dailey, Interior Designer with Manuel Zeitlin Architects, and chose our new finishes. We love the new, soothing spa-like feel!
PARKING LOT UPDATE: Despite the rain and weather delays we have encountered, our parking lot renovation is 2/3 of the way completed! We are confident that the new directional arrows will make driving through the lot smoother and less crowded.
March 2021
We have begun work on our parking lot. Rose Paving will begin repairing concrete curbs now and hopes to complete their work during our Passover closing.
February 2021
Our new HVAC and climate control system are finally in place. It was a big job that took almost 6 months to complete. We replaced 10 Roof Top Units, 32 Water Source Heat Pumps, one 40-year old boiler, one cooling tower and added 2 split units and an air exchanger. Our system not only works well; it is more efficient. Our new boiler has a 96% efficiency rating. We hope that this system is better for the environment and will save money on utility expenses.
December 2020
Our new roof is now in place and we have passed inspection. Thank you to Don Kennedy Roofing for installing an additional layer of insulation and 58,640 square feet of new roof. It’s so nice not to worry about leaks when it rains!
