Our Fitness Center Has Everything You Expect—And More!

We offer a great variety of cardio equipment to get your heart pumping and a full strength circuit, along with free weights, Olympic benches and racks, plate-loaded equipment, dumbbells, barbells, plates, an indoor track, and more. Train on your own or with help from our team. Our fitness floor staff provide helpful tips and assistance if needed, and our certified personal trainers are here to help you meet your fitness goals.

New members receive a FREE orientation with a personal trainer!

Group Fitness

Our Group Fitness studio offers Yoga, Mat Pilates, Tai Chi, Step Aerobics, Zumba, and Dynamic Conditioning, plus special programs throughout the year. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats for yoga and Pilates.

Indoor Cycling: Featuring Schwinn AC Performance Plus Carbon Blue bikes with MPower Echelon consoles and triple-link pedals.

Youth & Teen Fitness Certifications

Free for members ages 10–13. Helps youth safely use equipment, understand cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training, and develop lifelong healthy habits.

For everyone’s safety: Absolutely no children under age 10 are allowed in the Fitness Center, Group Fitness Studio, or Cycling Studio unless participating in a special program.

  • Ages 10–13 may use cardio equipment (treadmills, cycles, ellipticals, rowers) within 10 feet of a parent or guardian, even without certification.
  • Certification required for independent use.
  • Staff may ask any teen with inappropriate behavior to leave.
