July Group Fitness Schedule

 

NEW: Try for Triathlon with our new Triathlon Boot Camp Tues & Thurdays! This month’s schedule also includes Relax and Renew Yoga on Fridays at 11:30.  Body Weight Training by Mitch continues on Mondays at 8:15am  and Friday at 6 am and Kick Box with Mitch continues on Mondays at 6 am.
